What to do
- Create your MyIntealth account (see the 8-step visual guide below).
- Complete the identity requirements, then wait for your MyIntealth ID to be confirmed (usually within 3 business days).
- In MyIntealth, follow the EPIC instructions to request and activate your EPIC portfolio.
- When ECFMG advises you, upload your primary medical degree (final medical diploma) and any postgraduate or specialist qualifications. Nominate the AMC to receive the outsource notification and verification report.
⏱Allow up to 3 business days. Your MyIntealth ID should be confirmed within 3 business days of creating your account. You need this ID before you can start Step 3, so set up MyIntealth early.

Go to the MyIntealth website
Open the official portal using the button above.

Click ‘Create Account’
On the login page, select Create Account.

Choose your account type
Select the applicant / medical practitioner option shown on screen.

Enter your personal details
Full name exactly as on your passport, date of birth, email and country of residence.

Verify your email
Open the verification email from MyIntealth and click the link.

Set up your login details
Create a secure password and confirm your login details.

Complete profile & identity check
Log in, add the information requested and complete identity requirements.

Receive your MyIntealth ID
Usually confirmed within 3 business days. Keep it safe – you need it for Step 3 and your AMC portfolio.
Note: Creating a MyIntealth account is only part of this step. Information transfers from ECFMG to the AMC only after your MyIntealth account is created and your EPIC portfolio is established and active. Only then move to Step 3.
✓ You're done when: your MyIntealth ID has been confirmed and your EPIC portfolio is active.
